You can book as many classes as you'd like with your membership.
As a member you can use the Videos On Demand if you missed a class or want to do a class on your own time any time.

Fluid Motion
6:00 pm MST
Isokinetic exercise is a type of strength training that is done at a constant speed no matter how much effort you exert taking the muscles through a full range of motion. Isokinetic exercises are often used for physical recovery from muscle imbalances. Basic, non-impact, isokinetic motions are designed to improve your strength, muscle tone, endurance and balance.
It promotes good circulation and agility thus enhancing your
activities in everyday life.
You will need chair or anything that will assist in keeping your balance to allow more focus on techniques.
45 Minutes long followed by 15 minutes of stretching.
The 45s (FIIT)
6:00 pm MST
This is an advance dynamic intermittent workout. 45 seconds of intensity with 15 seconds recovery. It is 45 minutes long followed by 15 minutes of stretching. Designed to make you happy.

Please understand that you can go at your own speed and intensity that is right for you.
The 45s (FIIT) Skill Class
This is an advance dynamic intermittent workout based on Kung Fu. Basic knowledge of Kung Fu is needed to participate in this class safely.
Breathing Arts - Strength and Stretch
6:00 pm MST
Breath in motion. A synergy of breathing disciplines combining the art of Kung Fu, Chi Gong, Yoga and Meditation. It will get the blood pumping
without the impact and you’ll be "Happy" (my word for sweating).
This hour is divided if you only have time for a 30 Minute Class. RSVP for the hour but you can join at half past.
Strength and Stretch Wednesday 6:30 pm MST
Keep the Energy Moving after Breathing Arts Wednesday.
It is amazing how strong you can get while lying on the floor! Bring a mat
and your smile.
We love floor work fun and stretching because it reduces muscle tension, increase range of motion, helps co-ordination and it feels good.

This is the same Breathing Arts class on Wednesday but extended to 60 minutes.
This is the backbone of my classes. This is designed to help you heal, strengthen, improve overall health.
Learn conscious breathing, develop body awareness, promote circulation and flexibility, improve your body's natural ability to heal.
