Breath in motion. A synergy of breathing disciplines combining the art of Kung Fu, Chi Gong, Yoga and Meditation. It will get the blood pumping without the impact and you’ll be Happy (my word for sweating).
Strength and Stretch
It is amazing how strong you can get while lying on the floor, bring a mat and your smile. Floor work fun and stretching because it reduces muscle tension, increase range of motion, helps co-ordination and it feels good.
