This is a faster and more advance class. Forty-five Seconds Intermittent Intensity Training with 15 seconds rest for 45 minutes followed by 15 minutes of stretching.

Strength and Stretch
It is amazing how strong you can get while lying on the floor, bring a mat and your smile. Floor work fun and stretching because it reduces muscle tension, increase range of motion, helps co-ordination and it feels good.

45s Kung Fu Skill Class
This is a Skill Class but with 45 seconds, intermittent, intensity training. Prior knowledge of Kung Fu is necessary to make this a safe, enjoyable class. 45 seconds high intensity, 15 seconds recovery for 45 minutes followed by a well earned stretching class for 15 minutes. Significantly improve your aerobic fitness by increasing your ability to withstand fatigue.
